How it works
Simple, transparent, and free.
From getting in touch to sitting down with your adviser, here's exactly what to expect.
The process
Four steps to your first consultation.
-
Tell us what you need
Fill in our short form. It takes around two minutes. Tell us what area of advice you're looking for, a bit about your situation, and how you'd prefer to meet (in person, by phone, or video call).
Takes about 2 minutes -
We review your situation
We look at what you've shared and prepare for your consultation. You'll speak with an adviser who knows your area of finance well — not just whoever is free first.
Within one working day -
Free initial consultation
Your adviser will reach out to arrange a free initial consultation. This is your chance to ask questions, get a feel for how we work, and decide if you'd like to proceed. No pressure.

Get the advice you need
If you're happy to proceed, your adviser takes it from there. They'll carry out a full fact-find, prepare a personalised recommendation, and work with you at a pace that suits you. Any fees will be agreed upfront, in writing, before any work begins.

Common questions
Good questions, straight answers.
Is the initial consultation really free?
Yes. Calton Wealth offers a free initial consultation with no obligation. Any ongoing advisory fees are discussed and agreed upfront before any work begins.
What if the consultation doesn't feel right?
No problem at all. There's no obligation to proceed. We'll always be honest about whether we're the right fit for your situation.
Are your advisers independent?
Yes. Every Calton Wealth adviser is genuinely independent — not tied to any provider or product range. We're a direct advisory firm and we don't work with external panels.
Free, no obligation
